My Approach

There might be a feeling that something isn’t quite right, but you’re not yet sure what that is. Whether seeking support for anxiety, depression, or searching to deepen your self-understanding, I can help you find clarity and healing as we work towards you experiencing greater fulfilment in your life.

I work integratively, with an open and dynamic approach, acknowledging that individuals are complex and ever-changing, and therapy should evolve to meet your evolving needs. I blend talking therapy with creativity, music and art - helping you to express and explore emotions in a way that feels right for you.

I am dedicated to creating an anti-oppressive practice and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and clients with disabilities. I offer respectful and affirming support to everyone including offering neuro-affirmative and culturally sensitive support, respectful of diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

I discuss my approach to client work in supervision, while maintaining anonymity of the client. I further inform and enhance my practice through regular continuing professional development, attending workshops and completing additional training.
